We are the only site in the world with the complete original text of the oldest English epic: Beowulf. Complete facsimile of the 18th century autoscripts of the original manuscript- for the real fanatics in English literature- can be found here.
For our cultural exchange program, the focus of 2009 was on the French language and history, especially there where interacting with Brazil. The paintings and descriptions that the French artist Debret made of Brazil in the 19th century are both beautiful (sometimes) and interesting (always). We host all his works here.
