Portuguese is one of the world's major languages, ranked 6th according to number of native speakers. It is the language of about half of South America, a major lingua franca in Portugal's former colonial possessions in Africa and there are sizeable communities of Portuguese speakers in various regions of North America.
Spanish author Miguel de Cervantes once called Portuguese "the sweet language", while Brazilian writer Olavo Bilac poetically described it as a última flor do Lácio, inculta e bela: "the last flower of Latium, wild and beautiful".

Besides our group immersion course, we offer individual distant learning programs through video call using Skype.
The main objective is to take the foreign pupil to proficiency in the Portuguese Language in a fast, efficient and pleasant way. In order to achieve this goal, the following student characteristics are observed: native language, duration of residence in Brazil, professional area, performance, etc.
The method used is interactive and dynamic. Using the modern Communicative Approach, we not only focus on the practical daily situations, but also on the basic grammatical knowledge and relevant aspects of Brazilian culture.
