You are currently at the Send Menu, where you can send a message to another voice mail user, a direct phone line, a fax machine, or a pager. If you don't know the destination number for someone that you want to send to you can do a directory search by pressing zero, pound. If you know the destination number of the person that you would like to send to please enter it followed by the pound key. Enter another destination if desired followed by the pound key. To remove a destination you have added to your list simply enter the number again followed by the pound key. After you have entered all of the destinations for this message, press the pound key to finalise the list. If one of your entry numbers is both a valid mailbox number and a valid distribution list number then you will be prompted to determine if you want to send to the mailbox number or the distribution list. When you are finished recording your message press pound. After recording your message you will be prompted with the send options menu.
